The outcome of a legal process is very often determined by the decisions taken at the very beginning. Which remedy is chosen, when a particular piece of evidence is submitted and which deadline must not be missed all directly affect the course of the file. Our office therefore begins its work by establishing the legal characterisation of the file.
The service we provide to our clients is not limited to litigation. Measures taken before a dispute arises, provisions drafted at the contract stage and regulatory compliance work frequently produce a more effective result than proceedings conducted afterwards. For this reason we regard preventive legal services as an inseparable part of our practice.
Operating from Istanbul, our office handles files before courts and enforcement offices throughout Türkiye by means of the UYAP system and, where required, the SEGBİS video conferencing application. Meetings with clients located outside the city can also be arranged online.

The framework of our activity is set by Attorneyship Act No. 1136, the Professional Rules of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations and the Advertising Restrictions Regulation. Pursuant to these provisions, our website does not carry client testimonials, case outcomes, comparative statements or a fee schedule.

With this in mind, we support our clients not only through written or online advice but also through meetings in person. In one-to-one meetings at our office we can assess your legal position in detail and draw up a roadmap suited to your particular circumstances.
Meeting online
In order to remove constraints of time and place, we also provide legal support through online meetings. You can assess your legal position comprehensively in a one-to-one meeting with our lawyers by video or telephone. Even at a distance, you can set out your legal concerns openly and receive professional guidance.
